After a more than successful test of their winter tires, I slipped into my summer breeches, declared universality, and picked the model for innovation. The same things happen in the summer: giving, foraging expeditions, and fishing. The first month was more than successful: we made two trips outside of town, traveled on dirt roads joyfully, and, unlike normal, the rubber did not need to be cleaned of stuck stones after the journey. Despite the fact that the windows are closed, I could hear the tires making noise on the pavement. I gave noise a lower score of 3, and a 5 for all other characteristics.
