I like how easy it is to use with its simple interface as well has being able tp access my office's information for scheduling purposes remotely through any computer or mobile device which makes life easier! Sometimes when updating info in our practice manager we might not see changes instantly so make sure you refresh your screen often if this happens otherwise everything should be just fine - no complaints here at all :) Very helpful feature of having an online doctor portal where patients can communicate via chat box even from their home devices without coming into clinic!
