It's speed control!
I took a chance and this is how it looks in the picture. Description on the other hand? Something with the bluetooth module? It's speed control. I have used it with a bridge rectifier to drive a treadmill motor. It works fine except a different potentiometer may be needed. It comes with a 500kΞ© potentiometer and I have to turn it about halfway before the motor starts. After that, he adjusts the speed normally. I hope it lasts but for the money it's worth the risk.
