I like that it is accessible from anywhere since you don't have an in person meeting with our parish office about your requests for services or event registrations. Our admin has access at work as well where we are unable to meet face to face so this allows us all more time to accomplish other important tasks - managing budgets/estimates etc.. The system sometimes crashes but they do patch them quickly if there's issues when trying again later after waiting 24 hours (as per their TOS). It would be great being able to set up recurring events easily such monthly coffee kountry vs weekly mass gatherings during summer months! The ability for parishioners to access their account from anywhere is very useful and convenient! I would like there to be more options for payment processing. There are only two that we currently use (PayPal and credit card). It's helpful to have an option in case one goes down or does not process your transaction as expected. We've been able to get feedback fast about our members' experiences with services through this platform.
