Mandatory when used with an aquarium
It is not clear from the product description if it can be used with the ITC-308. When I bought my device, I knew the sensor wasn't designed for constant immersion, but I took a risk. After a few years the sensor failed and its readings got much higher than my high alarm threshold. I ordered this replacement sensor and installed it. The sensor works great, it is now rated for underwater use and has a plug. So if I need to replace it again, I can easily replace it.
