damage in transit is a serious problem, according to reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was no different. The product itself looks strong and durable. The packaging is flimsy though - just tossed into a cardboard box with no extra support for more sensitive areas. As can be seen in the photo, both handles were crushed. Annoyingly, the packaging showed that it had been opened and resealed. I was by no means the first to open this package, having been sent out for the first time since it was manufactured. This leads me to believe it was previously damaged and returned. And then the company just shipped it off, hoping some jerk would accept it in damaged condition. I sent it back and a new one should arrive on Thursday. With all the complaints, one would have thought the delivery man had been fired. Obviously not. Will be updated with shipping on Thursday.
