Review on Service007 by Colton Scheehl

The best thing about this software is that it has all features to manage any call center or customer support department effectively. I used some other softwares for my previous jobs but later realized they are not as good compared to service007. It's very easy platform so anyone can easily use its services without wasting time searching information from internet. Some features like live chat option could be improved further by adding more options such as audio/video calling etc. Highly recommended! This was one of most useful tools i've ever come across while working at work place earlier.
