You will learn to love this product

At first you will hate this product. It will look messy and you will use too much thinking it is too expensive. After a few windows you will become much cleaner. The best thing for me is how it seals the air. After installing the windows, the draft is not felt at all, and this before the window is foamed. Not to mention knowing my windows will never leak. It's expensive, yes, but flashing tapes aren't cheap either, they're a nuisance, and they're far from perfect, especially if your holes aren't very good or brand new. You can use this to cover a cardboard box and then fill it with water. It won't flow. You can then put a screw in the box and it still won't leak. You can watch a video about it on YouTube. Now I can create a 36x60 window that had very large jams at 8.5 inches. Insulation made inside and outside around the perimeter. This window lasted less than 1 tube. If you made a regular window with regular jams, you would use a lot less. If you use more, you are using too much. It spreads along paths but doesn't look like it so it's easy to use. Another product that bonds and looks like a filler is great too. I'm just a homeowner installing my own windows and I needed the best product I could find. I also don't think the foam by itself stops drafts, as do the other windows I have without that air leak, like Siv around the inner case and I had to caulk them. There is no such problem with this product before the foam
