I like how easy it was to use! It's very simple! There were no problems with having employees who do not have much computer experience using it for their first time. They did good at explaining everything they could think of about this product. If you are looking for an application which will simplify your tasks while adding security features then this is what you should consider! The organization does better keeping track of our members' information now than we used to. This has helped my office in being able to see where all of our events are taking place so we can plan accordingly. We also get emails from them regarding any changes or updates. The ease in which to use this program for our congregation! It's easy enough for someone who has never used it before but still allows you to customize everything so there are not too many things left out. I wish we could have more customization options available when creating groups or events. We're trying to make it easier for people to find what they need quickly without having to search through multiple pages. Also, we've been able to track attendance much better than with paper records alone.
