The ability to easily create and send out mass emails. There are many add-ons that can be purchased from the developer for additional functionality. I would like to see more customization in how you can edit your emails. For example: it's very difficult to find a way to insert a graphic into an email. The ease of use for our leadership team to have access to everything they need at their fingertips. It has been very helpful in being able to keep track of everyone's information so we can make informed decisions about who needs help with what! I wish there was an app where you could just scan people as needed instead of having to go into each individual profile page. We are saving time by not needing to do manual updates or send emails out when someone changes their address/phone number etc…

I like how easy it was to use! It's very simple! There were no problems with having employees who do not have much computer experience using it for their first time. They did good at explaining everything they could think of about this product. I like how easy it was to set up my account as well as add new members with ease! The customer service has been great too!! We are able to keep track easily for our Sunday School class which helps us stay organized in order to help teach them about God's word at their age level. I like most how easy it was to set up my database with their templates for each department in our organization (worship team/band etc). The customer service has been great! They are always available via email or phone if you need assistance during your implementation process. Their support staff can be difficult at times when they want us to jump through hoops just so we have an account created correctly but once everything gets setup properly there's no issues.
