The ease of use for our leadership team to have access to everything they need at their fingertips. It has been very helpful in being able to keep track of everyone's information so we can make informed decisions about who needs help with what! I wish there was an app where you could just scan people as needed instead of having to go into each individual profile page. We are saving time by not needing to do manual updates or send emails out when someone changes their address/phone number etc. This also helps us save money because it cuts down on paper costs and postage which saves us tons every month.
