The ability to easily create and send out mass emails. There are many add-ons that can be purchased from the developer for additional functionality. I would like to see more customization in how you can edit your emails. For example: it's very difficult to find a way to insert a graphic into an email. The system does have some glitches when trying to close or delete multiple members at once. This was not an issue until we started to receive complaints from our members about being unable to log in. If you are looking to make communication between your church/organization easy and affordable, this program should be considered. We have been able to customize our communications with members by creating different groups, which makes communication easier. Our members also love that they can easily manage their payments online.
