Supplied folded and vacuum packed. Result? Still not flat after 3 days. Crumpled and crumpled. The base material is not soft enough and pliable enough to smooth wrinkles. I even hung them over the vents in the bathroom and kitchen hoping the heat would warm them up and smooth them out. WOULD YOU PACK THEM ROLLED. I don't think that would have happened. However, folded and crumpled and then shrink-wrapped. I don't know what to do with them now. Even my dog (4lb Morkie) can't find a place to lie down.
