Bought this product for my mother in law. It came in 12 hours! We wanted something that didn't require too much pressure and was easy to use. This product really lived up to expectations. It turned out to be heavier than expected, which is good since you don't have to squeeze it as hard. It's still best to quarter the veg before pickling so you don't press too hard, but this is top quality and all parts are removable and very easy to clean.
