Incredibly expensive. Also, this is the best chopper I've ever seen. It is very well designed, extremely easy to use and easy to clean. UPDATE ABOUT 1.5 LATER: One of the reeds (the only one) broke. I ordered a very expensive replacement. It came from England so it took some time to get here. The same tab is formed too short and won't stay in place. Too many problems to wait for another replacement. Return to Walmart for another onion slicer. Threw this one away.

Bought this product for my mother in law. It came in 12 hours! We wanted something that didn't require too much pressure and was easy to use. This product really lived up to expectations. It turned out to be heavier than expected, which is good since you don't have to squeeze it as hard. It's still best to quarter the veg before pickling so you don't press too hard, but this is top quality and all parts are removable and very easy to clean.

This is the third alligator cutter I've bought (love them so much!). The other two were made of plastic and due to heavy use, the plastic bases have cracked.
