Extremely difficult to clean to the point of not being worth it. Pieces fall apart and need to be picked up each time. It's better to get $20 for a brush and the same easy-to-clean blade. The included plastic box is difficult to put on and take off and has a small capacity, making emptying during use a major hassle. This machine is set up so you put food on the base and use the drop down knife and after using the machine where you put it on the knife and drop the base I have to say it gets worse is.
