So I broke my old chopper, the kind of chopper I honestly really liked. Electric choppers turn my veggies into a juicy mush. I decided to try alligator choppers. I read the reviews about the plastic bottles and was a bit concerned that they might break when I use them. I saw this one and was shocked at the price. Nonetheless, I went in and bought it. When I got it, I was a bit skeptical because the vegetables have to be cut first. Well I used it for Thanksgiving and sold it! He cut them exactly how I wanted, cut nicely and not bruised, choose the size. Pre-cutting wasn't as annoying as I thought I had to trim them a bit for the shredder. Haven't used the smallest size yet but love this item. I'm really looking forward to cooking again so I can chop more stuff :). One night I don't do instructions, so I didn't realize at first that the base plate for the medium size is also used for the large size. I got a little angry until I realized something was missing.
