This review is for the DWHT70265 ratchet handle 31 piece set. in one sentence. I just bought an impact wrench and needed this bit set. Pros: Arrived the next day with Prime. Has a lifetime guarantee so I suspect they will last. There are long and short allen wrenches in every size I need. Cons: As mentioned, the case is so-so. Not the easiest way to insert and remove bits, but it preserves their order. Not sure how long the internal organizer will last. Based on the picture in the listing I thought I'd choose a set with a different case (the picture didn't show the black straps holding the long pieces in their mid section) so I was a bit disappointed when it was the same case, that others have complained about. Don't know if it was an old photo but it was part of the purchase decision and was hoping for a less bulky case which others commented negatively. The main downside to this set is that the bits DO NOT have a locking groove in the shank to keep them in place in the impact wrench. My Porter Cable impact wrench (like others) has a quick release mechanism that engages with a retaining groove on the bits. It also has a small magnet in the chuck that keeps the bit in place for the most part, but isn't strong enough to prevent the bit from being pulled out during use. That way, each time you tighten the hex screw, the bit will stick to the screw just enough to pull it out of the impact wrench and not the screw. This is frustrating as it requires two hands to loosen the bit from the screw, one holding the percussion instrument and the other holding the bit. Since this is my first impact wrench, I've never had this problem so didn't think about it when I bought it. So the fault is mine for not realizing that this omission in product design would be a problem for me. Just hope this raises the issue for others who purchase this product. This set is good apart from the issues mentioned in the cons above. I will keep looking for a similar set with a retaining groove as that would be much better. Unfortunately, while shopping, I didn't see another set that had the same long/short pieces that fit together comfortably. Haven't decided yet whether to keep the set or return it.
