I use this product regularly to clean travertine floors in most of my homes including the entryway and kitchen. When I had my floors redone I was told not to use a dry cleaning system that has its own product on the replacement pads as it leaves a film that is difficult to remove. That's probably why I had to repaint it. I switched to Black Diamond after reading online reviews and was pleased. The floors are vacuumed as needed and then mopped at least every two weeks.
