Bought 2 of these units for my daughters for Christmas so they can watch BluRay movies through their laptops. But since you have to use them with the CyberLink software (probably included as a download), they're useless for BluRay. We've been trying to download CyberLink for 10 days now. But you must go through the Pioneer link and register an account with CyberLink first. CyberLink is COMPLETELY unresponsive. The account registration process does not work (no account setup confirmation emails or download information are sent). This flawed process of using a hardware product that specifically states it can be used for BluRay is totally unacceptable and reflects the quality of the hardware and software companies (Pioneer and CyberLink). Pioneer should have included a software CD or USB stick in its product packaging as it is required for it to work as advertised. Pioneer failure! So for me the product is useless as advertised. Should have gone with other equal or better BluRay player options. I can actually return them to Revane as they are useless to me.
