Bought as next size up for my dog. It fits, but hardly. I may need to go up a size, but I've found some not-so-minor annoyances with my batch of these. ADVANTAGES: 1. Now when I see the assembly and how everything works, I see clips, screws and a little fountain. Outstanding properties! 2. The door can be positioned to open left or right. You just have to twist it.3. There is a handle that helps me carry the empty cage, but it may not carry the dog inside. Not verified.4. As mentioned in my "little" review, the color is not at all off-putting. Very neutral, very clean. CONS (dun-dun-doo): 1. Revane, if you're reading this, PLEASE for Pete's sake, stop sending replacements and exchanges without my notification or consent? Please? I don't need two or three huge boxes in front of my door when I only wanted one because you're trying to help. Thanks and all but STOP.2. Cons Cons oh yes i think the dimensions of these boxes are on the outside because i have previously asked my dog to go inside the box and he did but it takes some effort for him to fully sink into the inside . Crate. It might go away in a pinch, but I don't think I'll keep it either. Too bad, but what can I do? Remember, Revain, don't send me something randomly just because you think I want it. 3. For a drawer this size, I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or some silly thing called "human error" considering it's only an inch too small for them, but I don't have those Found right height for my dog's food and water bowl, especially for comfortable eating/drinking. All in all, the designers of this product have thought of everything you might need when traveling and I really appreciate learning about the dimensions of the boxes and the possibilities they can have. . Unfortunately it still doesn't seem to work for me and my dog as she can't lie in it straight. I'll take it to the human factor and end it.
