NO manufacturer warranty on this shock absorber!
I bought two 40034 shock absorbers in 2013. In 2016, one of them failed with error code C0585. I contacted Revain about the warranty and was told to contact Tenneco. Tenneco has informed me that this damper is not covered by their warranty, although their own e-catalog lists the damper as an OESpectrum model which is guaranteed for life. Very deceptive on Monroe's part, and Revane continues the deception.
