Great Customer Service Makes It One Of Our Favorite Software

The best thing about this software is the great customer support. The software is easy to use and the training videos are very helpful for users that are new to the software. The only thing I dislike about this software is that it doesn't allow mobile users to be able to view and submit work orders. We use this software to manage our work orders, customer tickets, and scheduling. This program is able to help us do all of these things. We are able to see all of our work order and customer tickets, as well as receive notifications when work orders or tickets are created.

Pros
  • It's nice because we can assign tasks easily from within one tab instead having another page open with everything you need just in case anyone clicks back after completing your task assignment process.
Cons
  • There isn’t much documentation available at least not online
  • I wish there were more options/features
