I am very impressed with the quality of this product. It looks and feels very good, with an aluminum body and a thick, durable braided cable. It's small and slim, just the right amount. The finish is a beautiful metallic color and the uni branding is subtle and understated. It's a small thing, but I appreciate a simple brand name compared to some of the goofy sounding brand names these days. I use it as a travel dock for my Lenovo X1 Extreme Gen 3 laptop and it works perfectly. I plugged it in, waited for the drivers to install and it just worked. Gigabit Ethernet is as fast as my $300 Lenovo docking station. HDMI works great with both a 4K display and a 1080p TV that I use regularly. I've also connected a wireless keyboard/mouse, USB flash drive, and portable hard drive to it and it manages them just fine. I am very satisfied with this product.
