Yes it was broken on arrival. The seller did everything right, I will contact him again. Took the opportunity to do a Rockwell test on the instrument. Real compressor parts are made from a simple pan. I am 110% sure that if I used them on D3VE heads they would at least deform under pressure. The main frame and bolt were of good quality, the threads were clean and free of burrs. The Chinese manufacturer simply saved on an important part. Skip, get Proform 66832 or similar tool.
