This thing is no joke! I had a slab of frozen fish and only needed a portion of it. The wallop cut through it like butter. Technique is everything but the blade made the task quite simple. Awesome quality throughout. The cutting edge on this thing is scary. Handle with great care and respect! The price was even better. I totally vote thumbs up on this one.
