Beautiful and Quality
Beautifully crafted from high quality polished brass. The only thing I didn't like was that the screw had to go through your door from the inside of your door, so you had to make holes in your wooden door. Luckily my son cut the latch to shorten it and drilled a hole in the hammer from the front, screwing it to the front of the door. Nice thing is that the bolt also had a nice brass cap so it looked like it should. Pay attention to the bottom pre-threaded hole as mine was made at an angle not straight. If I made a hole in my door, there would be an extra hole today. But it looks beautiful and is the icing on the cake of my freshly painted door.
