Safe-T-Plus RV 31-140 Steering Stabilizer Installation

I have a 2001 Fleetwood Tioga 24D RV. I have a Safe-T-Plus RV 31-140 steering stabilizer and the matching Safe-T-Plus RV Bought the Steering Stabilizer Mounting Kit (Model: E-340K13) for my motorhome type and year. Don't rely on Revain's recommendations! Contact Safe-T-Plus by phone or email. Tell them the make, model and year of your RV so they can get the right bracket. IMPORTANT: When installing the bracket, it must be installed on the driver's side stabilizer bar where it connects to the RV on that driver's side. In this area you will mount a piece of the stabilizer bar mounting kit along with the steering stabilizer to this bracket. Then attach the other side of the bracket to the tie rod towards the passenger side of your RV. Make sure you install it LEVEL in line with the tie rod. Then test drive and make final adjustments by adjusting only the tie rod connection! Make sure it is flush with the tie rod. You can view a video on the Safe-T-Plus website that shows the installation and explains how to adjust the steering stabilizer to keep your RV centered while driving. It's much easier to drive, and you don't have to worry about kicking back if you're being passed by an 18-wheeler or other large vehicle. It always brings the steering wheel back to the center position, which makes driving the motorhome much more fun! I highly recommend this if you have an RV. All Safe-T-Plus RV steering stabilizers install the same way, no matter what model you buy for your RV size. It's worth the price and security of driving your RV with this device installed.
