I bought this belt for my 2003 Chevy Tahoe with a 5.3 liter engine and a 145 amp alternator. Make sure you know your alternator before purchasing this belt. The 105A alternators use a slightly shorter belt. Fits perfectly, no noise, works great! You will also need a smaller Goodyear V-fin 4040377 Gatorback for the air conditioning on these vehicles. My 145 amp alternator has 145A stamped on the side, visible from the driver's side. You can also find the old belt part number on an existing belt and order accordingly.
