GREAT SET but read my negative review for ceramic size (small)
These are small pieces of pottery. Keep this in mind if you are planning to make crème brûlée using the regular recipe as you will need 6-8 more of them or use other ingredients. However, the flame device is top notch. We enjoyed using it and it is easy to use. Get some filler from the hardware store (easy to find), fill in (easy) and then burn the sugar! Follow the instructions and you'll have perfect sugar on top. We found good instructions on YouTube. Nice. This is a fantastic set. Just note that the portions aren't big enough as the ceramic containers are quite small and not very deep. You will want to eat all four. just say!
