This scale appears to be quite accurate. It has a tare button (zero button) that you use to weigh the container first, then press the zero button, add your contents and get just the weight of the contents. This button is a little slow to respond, but once you get used to it, it's fine. There is also no off button on the scale. They go on and off after a while, but I like the off buttons to save the battery, which by the way is a CR2032 button cell. Those two things aside, this is a great compact scale that works really well. Five stars.
