Review on NEIKO 02440A 44 Piece Impact Socket Set with Standard SAE and Metric Sizes, Deep and Shallow Kit, Extension Bars and U-Joint Included by Dwayne Pore

Of course I had my reservations, deep reservations, about buying a set of Chinese tools. But I read about Neiko and realized that this brand is really trying to find a balance between value and durability. When they arrived they were covered in oil (most of you know that's a good thing). The laser etched measurements on the side help my tired eyes a lot. It is noteworthy that there are more metrics than SAE in this set, but that is the trend of the times. The 44-piece set represents the "Best Hits" greats, so it's by no means a complete set. I liked that I had the option to buy 3/8" or 1/2" sizes (which is why I chose 3/8"", IDK). I will still feel pain in my heart when I use these Chinese made tools, but since Craftsman went downhill we don't really have much of a choice.
