Review on ⚙️ Smith's JIFF-S 10-Second Knife & Scissors Sharpener - Ultimate SEO-Friendly Tool by Dave Goodman

The right choice for refreshing inexpensive cutlery

This combination knife/scissors sharpener can sharpen old, dull blades in seconds. This is my go-to solution for sharpening inexpensive cutlery, hunting knives and utility scissors. You won't make a $150 wustof out of a $10 chef's knife, but you'll certainly make slicing tomatoes easier! Be careful: this is not a precise instrument. Do not use it on high quality cutlery unless you are certain the specified sharpening angle is appropriate for your particular knife. A quick Google search can save you a lot of frustration... there are flat, convex, and hollow cuts at various angles (15, 22, 30, etc.). Do your homework. A wrong sharpening angle causes damage by removing too much metal, dulling the blade and making it difficult to sharpen the knife correctly next time. This can be used to sharpen a cheap knife block set from Walmart (or Revain!). without much hesitation. You can feel the improvement. The same applies to your battered field knife or office scissors. Because they tend to be so dull, *any* way of sharpening will yield measurable benefits. Cheap blades are also likely to have a flat edge, which the Smith JIFF-S sharpener works best with.
