Review on 🔥 Polymaker PolyCast Filament: Revolutionizing Investment Casting by Gerald Reeves

I have worked with several different casting materials so was glad to see this product. Overall I'm happy with the performance, although I think working with a nozzle diameter of less than 0.04 will give you problems. I can get about one print out of each .03 gauge nozzle before I have to replace them. The .02 nozzle doesn't even print. It has pretty good adhesion to the bed, even directly to the glass, but be careful, prolonged heating will cause deformation, so I suggest heating the material only on the base layer and then just twisting. Switch off the heating bed or let it run at approx. 30°.
