Purchased this item for a trip to Virginia Beach from Maryland. The product worked well until it short circuited the car system so I couldn't charge it on the go so we had to use other devices to get to our destination. On the way I tried to charge it but it won't recharge, it's a waste of product and I wish I had never taken it with me. I want to give this a zero rating because I am very disappointed with this product. My product return window has expired because we are going to another family gathering with me next October and trying to charge it again, it won't charge so now I'm very disappointed and need to buy something better to take me and my family this time to achieve their goal. If you are looking for a product, don't look for this one, thanks
