Review on 🕰️ Exquisite Bronzy Carved Constantine Antique Style Lift Arm Oil Petrol Lighter: A Timeless Vintage Collectible by Denise Rose

Compared to Zippo: wick life in exchange for fuel life.

So the worst thing about the Zippo is that within a month of fully loading the Zippo, the fuel evaporates to zero even if you put it on the shelf and don't use the place where the liquid evaporates. I can safely say that it works very well. When I filled it up, used it very sparingly, and then checked it after a month, I found that the lighter had leaked very little liquid. At the end of the fuel economy spectrum, it's vastly superior to a lighter (unless you want to cheat). BUT the o-ring around the wick acts as a kind of restrictor and prevents fuel from being sucked in as quickly as it would be on a Zippo. As a result, the wick burns and chars much faster than the Zippo. Not much, but you're essentially trading wick life for fuel life. So it all boils down to that. It's great for putting on a shelf or tossing in a bag and knowing there's still fuel in it when you come back to it, but it means you'll have to change the lighter's wick a lot more often than you would a Zippo. (EDIT: Almost forgot! HINGE! The zipper usually only dies after the hinge on the lid has finally failed! This was the item I was most skeptical about purchasing. I have to admit I don't have much info to give (It does doesn't seem to be worse but it works with a small spring which is very sketchy I have a feeling only a long time and testing can tell how it holds up.)
