Review on Darice U0993-R Bold Solid Wood Letter, Capital R, 12 inch - Premium Quality Wooden Alphabet Decoration for Crafts and DIY Projects by Nicole Mcleod

I bought 10 letters: A, C, E, H, I, L, O, R and two Ts. C is about 12.25 inches tall while the rest are 12 inches tall all the way seemed to be . However, each letter varies greatly in width. Oh very far. So funny. Some other letters are also too wide. It's ok if you only use one letter, but if you write a word it looks very awkward. Also, the edges are very rough and need a lot of sanding before painting or you will get a very cheap finish. But after a lot of preparatory work and painting, it turned out well. And they seem to be durable. Trying to move between letters from a wide to a narrow range. The project I did required 12 letters. Otherwise I would go to Michael and buy their 13 inch letters which cost the same or less with their frequent coupons, don't require as much prep work and are a consistent size.
