Review on 🌬️ Cold Air Intake for 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ (6CYL/4.0L) - Rough Country Performance Air System - 10553 by Andrew Kay

I have a 2003 Wrangler 4.0 that should fit and the main pipe fits well and is good quality, my problem is the clamps are too big and won't tighten to the throttle body. , the screw no longer has a thread and is still completely loose. Another issue is that the rubber boot that connects to the throttle body is just a straight piece of rubber, not an angle, so it won't seat properly and will twist. Maybe the one I received was a previous return, or is missing parts that I don't know but will be returning.
