Review on 🔧 Prestacycle Prestaratchet: Advanced Cycling Tool for Quick and Easy Repairs by Troy Boren

This is a good idea and the right size for what I need. But it lacks both quality assurance and support. One of the bits in my set was too big for a ratchet. Just one of them. It has been more than three weeks since I reported this to the seller. It took me a week to get a reply confirming it was a warranty issue, asking for my address and confirming that this was the only issue which I responded to quickly. Another two weeks passed and I still hadn't responded. I don't hear from them anymore and I didn't get a replacement head. It is a pity. This could be a great product.
