Great addition to any kitchen

I don't know why I've refused to buy a roaster all these years! I started making homemade bread and several recipes called for DO so I broke down and bought it. Fiction! I use it to bake bread that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just like I love bread. I also use it for roast pork and other recipes. It requires me to pick it up with two hands, but I really like it and use it all the time. I also make sure it's seasoned and looking brand new after many uses in a short amount of time. *UPDATE* I just have to add 9 months if anyone else isn't convinced this is a great purchase, that I made some of the best fried food ever eaten and some of the best tasting food you'll ever have hard to believe you actually cooked lol. I've never liked roast before. They become juicy and so tender; I can add potatoes/carrots to meals or chop meat and make grilled sandwiches. My personal take is to look for Dutch Oven recipes as other recipes will cause you to overcook and overcook. This is absolutely the best money I've spent in my entire life; hands down
