I bought 3 of these and they are great value for money! They work great and can be compared to vacuum cleaners that are three times more expensive. I own a cleaning business so these vacuums are used daily and they perform very well. We mainly use them on hard floors, but with the carpet/upholstery attachment they do a good job of vacuuming those surfaces too. A pneumatically powered carpet nozzle is fine, so I recommend purchasing a powered carpet nozzle if you intend to use this vacuum to vacuum carpets. We personally use handheld vacuums on most carpets and use this vacuum on all types of hard floors. The bags hold a lot and the HEPA filter works great. My only complaint is that the hose attachment and shoulder straps aren't as good as some other brands. For the price, however, it's hard to complain about these things. Not to mention that Great Vacs has great customer service and has always helped me with any issues I've had. I will definitely buy more of these in the future. I just don't think it's worth spending $500-$600 on a Pro Teams vacuum. They are really good but the value for money just isn't worth it in my opinion. These vacuums work great and are perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner backpack even to the average consumer. It's way better than sweeping and will take less time!
