So far I like it very much. I can see both drives at the same time, they start up as soon as I plug them in. It's pretty damn fast if you ask me. I dropped it on the floor as soon as I got it because the packaging was a little weird, but the thing is solid because a fall on the wooden floor didn't break it at all. I didn't even know it had a disk cloning feature and it's pretty cool. Although folks, the damn manual sucks. Does not explain how to create disk clones. This explains which drive goes where and that this can be done without connecting to a computer. Cool but when I started this business I accidentally pressed the clone button and nothing happened. Do we need to hold down the clone button for a certain amount of time? This is the only complaint I have about it and I think the clone button is too accessible and insecure. There has to be a safety switch or something, because you can definitely mess up the destination disk permanently if you boot it up and don't let it finish, and of course you can say goodbye to the old data on it.
