So far I like it very much. I can see both drives at the same time, they start up as soon as I plug them in. It's pretty damn fast if you ask me. I dropped it on the floor as soon as I got it because the packaging was a little weird, but the thing is solid because a fall on the wooden floor didn't break it at all. I bought this to add two drives to my computer. Although I used them to try to clone a drive. Just remember not to connect it to your computer when cloning the drive. It will take a while, but it will work if your drives aren't damaged. If the hard drive has bad sectors, it cannot complete the process. It's getting a little warm too.

Works well. I haven't used the clone feature yet. I don't know if it's software or hardware. I would not recommend them as a HOT swap. I pulled one out when it was on and the other drive didn't like it and behaved like it was off. Good processing quality and high data transfer speed. I haven't had any discs that didn't work in it. Very worth its price. I have a bunch of old drives and need to randomly back up and it's nice to just grab a blank drive and pop it in and it takes just 2 seconds.
