Isn't it better to clone computer accessories and peripherals?

Four completed trials have shown that a 100% cloned drive does not clone a bootable or recognizable drive. the size of the partitions, but the files were corrupted and could not be recognized. Create RAW partitions instead of NTSF. I've been trying for hours to use CHKDSK to restore the latest clone but still haven't gotten a working clone. Finally throwing in the towel and setting up a return for another clone brand. Have cloned many drives using the software method in the past but thought…

Fast computers and accessories

So far I like it very much. I can see both drives at the same time, they start up as soon as I plug them in. It's pretty damn fast if you ask me. I dropped it on the floor as soon as I got it because the packaging was a little weird, but the thing is solid because a fall on the wooden floor didn't break it at all. I didn't even know it had a disk cloning feature and it's pretty cool. Although folks, the damn manual sucks. Does not explain how to create disk clones. This explains which drive…

Pros

Cons
  • There are problems

It works best with hard drive accessories

I bought this to add two drives to my computer. Although I used them to try to clone a drive. Just remember not to connect it to your computer when cloning the drive. It will take a while, but it will work if your drives aren't damaged. If the hard drive has bad sectors, it cannot complete the process. It's getting a little warm too.

Pros
  • I keep my fists
Cons
  • Legacy

Inexpensive, works well.

Works well. I haven't used the clone feature yet. I don't know if it's software or hardware. I would not recommend them as a HOT swap. I pulled one out when it was on and the other drive didn't like it and behaved like it was off. Good processing quality and high data transfer speed. I haven't had any discs that didn't work in it. Very worth its price. I have a bunch of old drives and need to randomly back up and it's nice to just grab a blank drive and pop it in and it takes just 2 seconds.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Compact docking station with decent USB 3.0 Gen 1 (5Gb/s) speed.

This USB 3.0 Gen 1 Type-C hard drive docking station is compact compared to similar docking stations I've used and has decent transfer speeds which can depend on the quality of cable used (I explain below ). Transfer Speed: Tested with 1TB WD Blue SSD - 412Mbps write and 428Mbps read. I get the same speeds with the short 20 inch cable that comes with the kit and the longer 3 foot cable that I purchased separately. If you need more length I would suggest using a good quality "USB-IF Certified"…

Optimal for cloning HDD accessories

Four completed attempts to view a 100% cloned disk does not clone a bootable or detectable disk. There was a transition from a 2TB drive to a 5TB drive and the cloner created partitions of the same size, but corrupted the files and made them unrecognizable. Create RAW partitions instead of NTSF. I've been trying for hours to use CHKDSK to restore the latest clone but still haven't gotten a working clone. Finally throwing in the towel and setting up a return for another clone brand. Works as advertised but don't expect speed records.

I bought this with a new 2TB hard drive to expand my 1TB laptop storage. I used the offline cloning feature to "copy" my almost full (880GB I think) to a new drive. It took over 6 hours, almost 7 hours from start to finish, so don't expect this to duplicate the discs quickly. Also a note on this: when cloning the drive to a larger capacity drive, it turned out that after finishing and installing a new 2TB drive, it only had about 1TB of space. This is because the offline cloning feature…

Some Things You MUST Know Before Buying

I have tested this thoroughly with the supplied power adapter and USB cable as well as my own tested cables and power adapter and found the following issues. I've used various combinations of 2.5" HDDs and SSDs and 3.5" HDDs. I tested all ports on an XPS 9560 and also through a separate Thunderbolt dock. I have the same results every time.1. The driving performance was terrible. It could only spurt up to the expected speed and then immediately drop to zero, freeze, and then pick up speed again,

Pros
  • Mini Compact design, save more space and easy to carry. The high-efficiency 12V/3A power adapter ensures stable and reliable power supply.
Cons
  • Negative Impression
