I have only used this relay about a hundred times. I use it for resistance spot welding with fiberglass. 34 car battery with approx. 550 cca. I use 4 AWG wire, short circuit from 800 ms to 1 second. The cables get a little warm. The relay closes and opens without error. I haven't measured the current flowing through the relay. I don't have any equipment that will give me accurate readings at this speed. I would definitely trust this relay to be used for any application. I took it apart to check the internals before using it and everything looked fine.
