I have only used this relay about a hundred times. I use it for resistance spot welding with fiberglass. 34 car battery with approx. 550 cca. I use 4 AWG wire, short circuit from 800 ms to 1 second. The cables get a little warm. The relay closes and opens without error. I haven't measured the current flowing through the relay.
