Review on Crescent CDTA9C Drive Extension by Eric Young

All of these positive reviews are based on the fact that this Crescent extension looks nice and shiny. In fact, this extender has a huge and unacceptable amount of "swallowing" or wobble when plugged into an outlet. I fitted a US made Craftsman spark plug socket and the "wiggle" from this extension was tremendous - much sloppier than the standard unbranded extension I have. There seems to be a connection between Crescent and others who have instruments made in China, like this instrument, and the quality falls off a cliff. It's also weird how many lemmings say it's awesome just because others said it looked beautiful. This tool is objectively not very good. Here, too, Chinese production is equated with waste. So if you like flashy chrome, then go for it. Run away from this crap.
