drill bit. It's also difficult to place as the bit doesn't spin as fast as a grinder, so it takes an extra second to cut into the material and it wants to roll over the tile. Overall it's hard to control but cuts a decent hole. I used a constant stream of water to keep it cool and put a piece of tile underneath to prevent blowouts. Tool before it gets dull but hard to beat for the price.
