stiff at first but seems to be going down
My parents came from France. The power adapter of their laptop was initially difficult to install on the EU side. I ended up going ahead and squeezing him pretty hard and eventually everyone was waiting. After that, getting in and out became easier. So I'm not sure if this is a one-time issue or if it's meant to be. Overall I think I'll keep them (still good value for money).
