Thick vinyl table cloth
This is the second one I bought. There is a strong chemical smell and has to be aired out for a couple of days, otherwise its a good table protector and waterproof. If you need it for an occasion I would buy it at least a week in advance to smooth out the wrinkles and air it out. You can also put it in the dryer in low setting for about 15-20 minutes if you need it quicker and that will do the trick. The table cloth will stain so spills should be wiped off right away especially tomato sauce.
