Review on 🛋️ Guardsman Leather Protect & Preserve: Stain Repellant, Color-Retaining, Softening Solution for Furniture & Car Interiors, 8.4 Oz by Dan Pal

This seems to soften my leather and natural leather boots - it leaves a few slippery marks on natural leather. My problem with this is that it does rub off/darken, especially on real leather (very soft suede-like leather). I've used it on the toes of some Dan Post genuine leather boots that I had scratched and it darkened the leather but somehow covered up the scratch making it look smooth again. After a few weeks it's not that noticeable anymore (see picture) but I won't be buying it again. The good thing is that it gets rid of scuffs and scratches on natural and full-grain leather. It repaired a scratch on the toe of my Dan Post boots and cracked leather on my Tanner Mark boots. I've used it over some other leather cowboy boots (Durango full grain leather) and they darkened a bit as well. As for my white leather cowboy boots, their color has not been affected. There are better boot polishes out there, so if you have expensive cowboy boots, better invest in other brands. Not sure if this prevents faux leather, faux leather from peeling.
